StayVision is run by Igor Pontes Fonseca, based in Brazil. This policy explains what we collect when you order a video and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and email, from checkout.
- The photos and listing link you send us.
- Your messages to us and the status of your order.
Stripe handles your card details. We don't see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to make and deliver your videos, answer you, handle refunds, and keep the records that tax and accounting rules require. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos to promote StayVision without your written permission.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe, for payments.
- Cloudflare, for hosting this site, keeping our order records, and measuring visits.
- Tally, for the photo upload form.
- Higgsfield, the AI video platform we currently use. Your photos are sent there to generate clips.
- Our email provider, for messages and delivery links.
These providers operate in several countries, and we're based in Brazil, so your data may be processed outside your home country.
How long we keep it
We keep your photos and videos for up to 90 days after delivery so we can handle revisions, then delete them. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies and visit measurement
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. According to Cloudflare, it doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint visitors.
Stripe's payment page sets its own cookies, covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Your choices
Write to us to see, correct, or delete your information. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the CCPA, the GDPR, or Brazil's LGPD may give you further rights, and you can use this same address to exercise them.
