Preview

We refund the full $9 if we can't work with your photos or we miss the 24-hour delivery window after getting them. Once the preview is delivered, its price isn't refundable, because the work is done. It still counts toward a plan if you continue.

Plans

If you ask before we start producing your plan's videos, we refund the balance you paid, or the full price if you bought the plan directly.

After delivery, tell us within 14 days if a video doesn't include what your plan promises or misrepresents your photos. We'll fix it in your revision round. If we can't fix it, we refund the plan's balance, or the full price if you bought the plan directly.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's usually the fastest way to solve the problem.
